Service Quality and Attitude—Best and Speedy
To strengthen the service before sales, in the sales and after sales and put the service concept throughout the whole process of order, production, quality control. After receiving the feedback of quality problem from the customers, the company will make reply within 24hours. The technical service would never be stopped until the customers are satisfied.
Warranty
1. P-20 tools are warranted for 500,000 cycles, and free warranty period is 1year.
2. H-13 tools are warranted for 1,000,000 cycles, and free warranty period is 1year.
Maintenance
1. During warranty period: Any spare parts need to replace during warranty period, we will provide spare parts for free, and customer will bear the freight fee.
2. After warranty period: All of our products enjoy maintenance long-term service, any spare parts need to replace after warranty period, we can provide spare parts and only take minimum cost. The customer will bear freight fee.
